Private off road parking for 2 or more cars is an added bonus. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, gas hob, microwave, tumble dryer and all the cutlery / crockery needed for the long or short stay. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bath and shower and airing rack and the hallway offers further understair storage. The cottage has satellite TV and stereo / cd player. A large double bedroom is situated on the ground floor with a huge double bed and French doors opening to a private cobbled courtyard. With a sofa-bed upstairs, the cottage comfortably accommodates 4 or more people. The village stores in the pretty Cornish village of Gunnislake are literally 2 minutes away and the local train station is only 5 minutes away. The delightful market town of Tavistock is a 10 minute drive, whilst the River Tamar is a gentle stroll down the valley.
